Inventory, Backorders & Pre-Orders

Inventory Availability:
Products listed on our website are based on available stock. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you within 1–2 business days for substitution options.

Backorders:

• Orders containing backordered items will be shipped only when all items are available.
• Restocking may take 1–2 weeks or longer, depending on suppliers.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Pre-Order Items:

• Pre-order products are not currently in stock.
• Orders including pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available.

Duties & Taxes

• Orders within Canada are subject to GST/HST/PST based on provincial regulations.

Delivery Conditions (Drop Locations)

• Customers must ensure safe and accessible delivery locations.
• If delivery requires access beyond paved areas, Armour is not responsible for any damage to property (driveways, sidewalks, landscaping, etc.).
• Customers must provide clear and accurate delivery instructions.
• If instructions cannot be followed, placement will be at the driver’s discretion.

3. Refund & Return Policy

• No returns or exchanges on bulk materials (sand, gravel, soil, sod, etc.).
• Other products may be returned within 30–60 days if:
  
  • They are unused
  • In original condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
• Certain items may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 20%).
• Clearance and custom/special orders are final sale.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Armour is not responsible for damages caused during customer transport.
